What is a Credit Sense credit report?

A Credit Sense credit report provides you with all the information you would find on a regular credit report, including a list of open loans, accounts, credit inquiries, and payment history.

Will checking my credit report through Credit Sense impact my credit score?

No! Check your report as often and you want without any impact to your score.

Is there a fee?

Nope! Credit Sense is absolutely free.

How do I sign up?

Credit Sense is found in your online banking and mobile banking sessions. Simply log into your online or mobile banking account using your regular login information. Click on the Credit Sense icon and follow the prompts to sign up.

Where does Credit Sense pull my credit information from?

Credit Sense pulls your credit profile from TransUnion, which is one of the three major credit reporting bureaus, and uses the VantageScore 3.0 credit scoring model developed by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

How often is my credit information updated?

Your credit information will be updated monthly.

Does Credit Sense offer credit report monitoring?

Yes! When you pull your credit scores the first time, you are automatically enrolled in Credit Sense’s credit monitoring. They will scan your file daily and alert you when they find any significant changes.

Who will be able to see my credit information?

Only you will, when you’re logged into your online or mobile banking sessions. And it is secured within our online and mobile banking with the same encryption service we use to protect your account information.
